Delete Your Data
All data deleted within 30 days of your request.
You have the right to request deletion of all the personal data we hold about you. Once you submit a request, we begin the deletion process immediately and finish within 30 days, including removing your data from backups.
What Gets Deleted
- AdMaxx account and login credentials
- Meta OAuth access token
- Business Manager and Ad Account data
- All uploaded creatives (images / videos)
- Country campaigns, budgets, settings
- Ad performance history
- Business name and preferences
- All AI-generated ad copy
Deleting AdMaxx data does not delete your Meta ad account. To delete data Meta holds, visit Facebook's data deletion page.
How to Request Deletion
Delete from inside AdMaxx
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete My Account

Within 24 hours
Account deactivated

Creative files removed from storage

Data We May Retain
In limited cases, the law requires us to keep certain records even after deletion:
- Billing and tax records (legal requirement).
- Data required for ongoing legal proceedings.
- Records needed for fraud prevention.
