Terms of Service

AdMaxx ("we", "us", "our") provides a software platform that helps businesses create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). By creating an account or using AdMaxx, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms of Service.

AdMaxx is a self-serve tool. You connect your own Meta Business Manager and Ad Account, set your own daily budget per country, and upload your own creatives. AdMaxx then publishes and manages those ads on your behalf using the Meta Marketing API.

We are an independent software provider. AdMaxx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have authority to bind the business you represent.
• You must own or be authorized to use the Meta Business Manager and Ad Account you connect.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Platform fee: AdMaxx charges a subscription fee for use of the platform. Pricing is shown in-app before you subscribe.
• Ad spend: You pay Meta directly for ad spend through your own Meta Ad Account billing. AdMaxx does not collect or hold your ad budget.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; ads already running continue under your Meta account until you pause them.

You retain all rights to the creatives, copy, images, video, and brand assets you upload to AdMaxx ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and submit Your Content to Meta solely to run the ads you ask us to run.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content is lawful, accurate, and that you have the rights to use it.

You agree not to use AdMaxx to:

• Violate any law or regulation, or Meta's Advertising Policies and Community Standards.
• Promote scams, fraud, illegal goods or services, hate speech, or content that exploits minors.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Resell access to AdMaxx without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

AdMaxx uses AI models (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) to help generate ad copy and creative suggestions. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before launching ads.

Your use of AdMaxx is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Commercial Terms, and Advertising Policies. Meta may reject, pause, or remove ads at its discretion. AdMaxx is not responsible for Meta's decisions about your ads or account.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMaxx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost ad spend, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold AdMaxx harmless from any claim arising out of Your Content, your ads, or your violation of these Terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
